More Tulip Festival

Below is the part that Brent enjoyed the most!

A trip to the Tulip Festival. We braved the drizzle, that Oregon is famous for, and enjoyed a day outside, snapping as many pictures as Brent would allow! ;) After a while the poor guy just wanted to have fun and look at all the tractors (those pictures to come later)
The picture to the left was our last chance for a pic..he was done by this time!
I thought the tire swings were pretty creative! How the time changes... whatever happened to the good ole' tire and some rope!? ;)

The happy family in a little house! I love this picture! I just can't believe they are ALL looking at the camera. Yeah!

I decided to take up knitting and I have really been enjoying it ever since. A friend of mine started me out with some mittens (I haven't finished them quite yet) however, I was so excited to knit that I started a hat for my niece as well. So, here is my second project that I just happen to finish first. :)

The next project is a hat for Brent! When he saw Ali's he decided he wanted one too.

Such a beautiful family! Ali seems to have been blessed with her mothers beautiful complexion!

I have been blogging a lot because I seem to collect very cute pictures of some very cute kids I just happen to know! ;) I love the one of my brother and his babies cooking in the kitchen.

Some friends from church and I decided to kick start the Spring season with a 5 mile hike around Silver Creek Falls! We had a wonderful time together; jumping puddles, dodging raindrops and talking and laughing with one another.

Pictured below are 3 of the 5 falls we passed by or behind. The rain made the falls even more amazing to see!

A little on the wet side but, having fun nonetheless!!! Amazingly we all stayed pretty warm.
