Let The Excavating Begin!

What our front yard looked like before the demolition began

Some more before pictures

Brendan suggested we put in a slide right here instead of more stairs. :D

Before, Steven and my Dad used a Jack Hammer to take out the first half of the stairs (with a lot of pain and hard work!)

After, and with a little help from our neighbor, the job gets done with less work and a lot less pain! (Pete happens to be in the landscaping business...notice his nice yard in the background)

What a mess (we just pray rain is not in the forecast!)

We are extending the driveway juuuuust a little.

More Pictures of BAM (Brent Alexander Morris)

BRENT THE WISE! This has got to be one of my favorites! I guess I should explain that these are Grandpa Morris' glasses not Brent's.

Brent has figured out how to pull himself up and as you can see in the next picture went right to running with assistance
He skipped walking....Actually he wasn't able to stop the walker and so he had to run to keep up with it. :D

Can you tell he enjoys getting around! It was so fun to watch him run around laughing. Oh, how they grow so fast!

Getting a bit sleepy

(I know, I know, very poor form but, what can I say this was actually my first time ever playing softball and I have to say I rather enjoyed it!)

Diane (Mom) Catches the ball

Melinda runs home

(IF only it really happened like that! ;) )

Child #4 Puppy Days

This is Sonic, the fourth child that I take care of. However, he proves to be more challenging than all three of the others put together

Child #4 Present Day

Don't let the puppy dog eyes fool you...He's spoiled rotten.
